Purchased on a visit to Tono on a trip to Sanriku. It is a ginjo style sake, which means it has the elegance of sake with sweetness!
This is more than I expected!
At 14 degrees, it's almost sake, or rather, a perfect junmai ginjo if you strain it (I wish they'd stop with the outdated new entry regulations these days).
