I was recommended this sake lukewarm at a restaurant in Kyoto a few years ago 🤔 Since then, I've been in love with it and went to the brewery to get some 👍🏻 when I went back to Japan in March.
I tried it lukewarm and it's just as it says on the label, dense and refreshing ✨ and the next day I tried it cold and it's just as good ⤴️.
