Sold by weight once a month. It's fresh and dry with the benefit of subsoil water from Mt. It's a good thing that the sake brewery is nearby! This year, we refrained from opening the brewery... Many people from other prefectures visited us wearing masks and alcohol disinfectant to prevent infection! We're grateful!
