まろThis was my first Isshiro-Suisei, and although there was no sign warning me to open the bottle, I hurried to close it as it started to blow up at the same time as the line. I heard a shwash sound, and when I poured it, there was just enough gas to make it bubble up, sweet and juicy aroma. It has a sweetness like a lactic acid bacteria drink, a slight bitterness, and although it is a kijoshu, it is not too sweet and has a nice sharpness.
