This is one of several bottles I bought on my recent trip to Kyoto!
This one is the driest of the bunch so far! It has a very strong sake feeling, no sweetness, but it's refreshing and easy to drink! The spiciness comes in the second half!
The spiciness comes in the second half! It's just like Kyoto! The sake has no extra sweetness, so it must go well with Kyoto's soup-based dishes! (I don't know!).
(I don't know!) Maybe it's a sake with no habits that goes well with everything! (I don't know!) Maybe it's a sake that goes well with everything!
