Old sake record No.280 [No.118, 2021].
It's cold here in Higashimikawa, Aichi Prefecture, and it rarely snows, but this morning there was a light dusting ⛄.
This sake is sold only at Hiroi Sake Shop in Izu and is the model for the sake "Ike Ike" which appears in the anime "Yuru Camp△".
This sake is a traditional dry fire brewed sake, and I recommend drinking it warmed up to taste the fullness of the rice👍.
