I went to Arakawa in Akabane, which I've been wanting to visit since it's a direct brewery of Jyushiyo! They had a lot of Jyushiyo in the fridge that I've never seen before, and since it's the season for new sake, I was able to drink the owner's recommendations, mainly raw sake. It was interesting to hear a lot of talk about sake at the counter. On the way home, I got a bottle of Kakushin as a souvenir, so I drank it at home. It was fruity and delicious. I'll go back in February when I've been told that they'll be adding origarami (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
