It is a little sweet at first, and after a gulp of rice sweetness, it quickly fades away, leaving a lingering aftertaste.
I was wary of the acidity because I thought it was a sake yeast yeast, but the acidity is not unpleasant at all.
It goes against the fruity trend these days, but I quite liked this one, which is full of umami for me.
The price is a little high at 2,000 yen, but I think it is worth it.
