There are three sake breweries in the old streets of Hida Takayama, and one of them is the Niki Sake Brewery.
This sake was not seen at the Gifu Sake Event.

One of the 3㌥ bottles I brought back from my trip (2/9).
I will drink it cold.
The color is clear and almost colorless.
The aroma is slightly melon-like with a hint of alcohol.
The mouthfeel is smooth and smooth, with a melon-like overtone, followed by a moderate sweetness and umami that spreads quickly on the palate.
The aroma that passes through the nose is a bit classical, with a nutty flavor and richness.
The finish has a sharp sake-like taste and a sharp aftertaste that quickly disappears.
