The second bottle of Junmai sake from Tongjun Shuzo, called Relaxed, Nombiri, Marui Jikan.
I bought it because the shipping cost was surprisingly low.
I have had Hotarumaru, Semi, and Soinier, but this is the first time for me.
The label is cute.
Like the sake from the day before yesterday, this sake is also on the dry side, but it has a long lingering aftertaste.
It's a good sake to enjoy in a relaxed and leisurely manner.
It is delicious. ☺️
I have another bottle coming tomorrow from Mr. Krand...what should I do, I can't fit it in the fridge.
