カープ君A small sake brewery located in Shobara City in northern Hiroshima Prefecture. Buy it at the directly-managed store next door. Sake made the old-fashioned way, pressed in a sack. Slightly dry with plenty of rice flavor. It is not a modern, urban style sake, but it is a delicious food sake.
