ふみちくThis sake was given to me by my brother and his wife when I returned home. My impression is that Shizuoka's famous sake is famous for this, that, and Kaiun.
I have the impression that there are many light and refreshing sakes nowadays, but this sake has a strong umami flavor and sweetness of rice. It is refreshing, yet very drinkable and delicious.
