This is the 8th brewery in the Saku 13 Breweries series. We had Hatsuyushi-no-Honjozo warmed up with Osechi (New Year's Day).
It's like a black sake that goes down easy and doesn't interfere with the taste of the food. It's a very cost-effective sake. 👍️ It was a convincing taste that makes me want to keep it in the house at all times during this season.
