Hanaboe Mizuhashi Mizu-Hashimoto x Mizuhashi Nagori Nama-zake
Cold sake.
I often drink Hanaboe's mizu-hashiroshi and mizu-hashiroshi with hot sake, but this was my first nigori sake.
It has an alcohol content of 19%, so I could feel the alcohol.
It has a good balance of sweetness and lactic acidity.
It may be enjoyed as an after-dinner drink.
