A few of the sakes we drank at the Honjozo meeting. This sake is sold at the Samukawa Shrine, but it is made by the Yoshikubo Sake Brewery, famous for its Ibaraki one of a kind sake. It had been stored at room temperature for about three years, and perhaps that's why it smelled so bad, but that's what makes it so good!
