Hakusen Shuzo is famous for its Fukuraijun mirin and cooking sake. I have had a few times of Kuromatsu Hakusen's ginjo-shu, but this was my first time to try their junmai-shu.
It has the richness and flavor of chocolate and nuts, and the sweetness and tartness of berries, but it is not heavy, which I like.
