I got this Katsu-Koma in Toyama.
The Honjikomi is one of the lowest brand names, but with 55% polishing ratio, it is promising enough.
The aroma is muscat-like and fruity.
I drank it cold today with a meal, and it was exceptionally tasty with no bad taste at all!
It's perfect as a food sipper and will be enjoyed in many different temperature ranges.
If I get a chance, I'd like to try the higher-ranked sake again.
