Sherry, with a hint of Shaoxing wine.
I thought it tasted like old sake, but when I looked at the date of manufacture, it was June '17, and it's been aged for 3 years.
I got it as a congratulatory gift for passing the first round of the sommelier exam, but I wondered if it was testing my taste buds for the second round.
