Junmai Natural Sake Hotarumai

I had never had this sake before, so I was attracted by the package and bought it.
Designed to look like a rice bag, the sake is made from Hotarumai rice.
It is not the heavy, heavy sake that is mainstream in Ishikawa, but rather a light, easy to drink sake. Fluffy.
I think it is best to drink it with a meal.
