I didn't have to work today so I could get in early, so I went to Shuraku in Takadanobaba for a shakshuka.
The first glass was Hououmida Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi. I'm glad I was able to drink it while it was still in season. The aroma is subdued but still juicy, with a rich sweetness and fine acidity.
I love this flavor.
