一本義 仙介🇺🇦
This sake is from Nada-Nishinomiya Township.
I've heard of Nada's Nama Ippon, but this may be the first time I've heard of a sake with this name.
The alcohol content is quite high, due to the fact that it is a pure sake. The spiciness comes in afterwards and leaves a refreshing taste.
Although it is modest, there is no doubt that it has a pleasant sharpness, and the aftertaste is refreshing even when paired with a side dish.
How about if you warm it up?
The sharp spiciness expands more. The spiciness is slightly sweet, but it spreads out with a full mouthful of refrain. Spicy and powerful.
This sake is better served warmed.
Today, go easy on the sugar.
