Refreshing acidity, fruity aroma, and then the fierce umami that rushes in! It's an overstatement to say that it's all about the flavor of the rice, but it's just delicious, delicious. It was heated once in the bottle, so there was a faint gas feeling, and I couldn't stop.
On the second day, the acidity comes forward a little more than on the first day, but it doesn't lose its balance with the umami.
