This was the most impressive sake of the day.
From the aroma, it has a mild nutty flavor, and the taste is like butternut, with not only sweetness but also depth that lingers comfortably in the mouth.
It was the first time for me to experience the sweetness from the 5-stage brewing process, and I was impressed by the depth and richness that is different from the sweetness from old sake, noble sake, and aging.
The paste of the young ayu fish (miso) went so well with it that it made me laugh!
