Please allow me to share with you my experience with sake around January of this year. Sorry for the delay.
This sake uses 100% Miyagi rice and rice koji as ingredients. Furthermore, the rice is polished to a 55% ratio and only Sasanishiki rice is used.
True to its reputation for lightness and elegant aroma, we took our time to enjoy it. It was a fascinating first encounter with sake.
