We just happened to walk into a gyoza bar.
We just happened to be able to have a freshly opened bar at a place called "Midnight Bar" in Sapporo.
Kaze no Mori
The pizzazz is quite strong.
Fragrant and delicious!
Good sake, gyoza, and a glass of mountain wasabi cream cheese.
It was the best of both worlds.
