ねむた
I bought it because I did not remember seeing many Tateyama in this color.
The sake had a moderate, just-right ginjo aroma with a hint of color.
I had an image of Tateyama in my mind even though I had never had it before (people call it prejudice), but it was easier to drink than I expected and I found myself drinking more sake than I expected.
I drank it cold, and it was very smooth and not sharp, but just as I was about to swallow it, the acidity came in a flash, inviting the umami flavor, and then it slowly faded away.
It is a dangerous sake for me personally because I can drink more and more before I get drunk.
It is delicious on its own, but it seems to be able to be paired with anything, so it would be good as a food sake.
It was delicious ☺️🍶.
