I bought it because of its distinctive label, which gives the impression of lively, popping yeast. It is a sake brewed by a sake brewery that brews with subsoil water from the Kujigawa River system, one of the five water systems in Ibaraki Prefecture.
It has a fresh, fizzy, bubbly, and light mouthfeel. It has a gorgeous taste with green apple-like acidity and melon-like sweetness. It has no unpleasant taste or peculiarity at all, and even beginners will find it very easy to drink.
