PNK
We went to Imanishi Seibei Shoten, which makes our favorite "Harushika".
The limited first bottles were already sold out a few weeks ago.
But they have new sake, so I bought this limited edition for sale at the brewery. It seems that there are only a few bottles left. I bought it without hesitation.
It is tangy, dry, and rough on the palate, but rich and thick. It also has a nice aroma.
This is delicious.
The pairing was, of course, Kakinoha Sushi, also from Nara.
It also went well with the sushi.
It is delicious.
