Yesterday we had "Born in Kurodasho" and today we will have "EAU DU DÉSIR".
I have no idea how to read it, but according to the official website, it means "water of hope". It's cool.
Compared to "Born in Kurodasho," I felt that the aroma was less intense, but the flavor of the rice was stronger. It also has a slightly fizzy and sour taste.
I heard that this one is made with Yamadanishiki, but there is also a brand using Omachi, so I am interested in that one as well.
