The muddled one seems to be in season now, but I've never had a regular naturals before, so I chose the non-muddled one.
I didn't like to drink it because I imagined the taste, but I don't know why I didn't drink it before! I like it so much.
The aroma is banana-like. When you put it in your mouth, the dignified freshness becomes the main. The sourness that comes next is caught early by the flavour of the wooden bucket and the nigashibu, and it finishes immediately.
I drank Akatonbo and Snowman this year, and I liked them all. It is very good.
