雪之烝Today's bottle. I had been curious about it at my regular liquor store but bought a different sake, but finally bought it. (Holy crap!)
It is actually a sake to be uncorked on October 1, Sake Day, in collaboration with fireworks, but I couldn't stand it...
The aroma is a faint ginjo aroma, light and slightly effervescent, with a sweet taste and a tangy, spicy taste that goes down your throat smoothly. (Holy shit!)
I will buy it again for October 1. (*That's right...)
