Clean, nearly transparent, colorless. Medium aromatic intensity of pear, melon, steamed rice, sugar, a bit meat, ham. Off-dry, sweeter in warmer temperature, smooth, medium+ bodied, 15% Alc. Medium+ flavor intensity of melon, milk, steamed rice, rice umami, marshmallow with medium+ finishing. Well balanced medium acidity. Very good quality, good serving in cool temperature.
