This sake is a collaboration with Ayumu Yamaguchi, a gifted distiller in the craft gin world, as a celebration of his marriage 🤗.
The aroma is like white wine, a strange sensation like gin but with a fresh fruity aroma that passes through your nostrils. It tastes like wine or gin? Gin? Sake? It is fruity and easy to drink, but it has a punchy bitterness, spiciness, and a strong alcohol taste, which gives it a hard, spirit-like flavor.
I think it's good to enjoy a glass for a nightcap, but it's very tasty so I'll have a sip 😋🤤😋🤤😋.
