My friend gave me this sake as a souvenir from a trip 🍶It was a brand I had never heard of before, but according to my friend, it was a relatively well established sake brewery with a wide range of sake business 🤔.
The top aroma is modest, but when you put it in your mouth, it has a gorgeous ginjo aroma 🌸 which makes it easy to drink with a little bit of sweetness. The taste is clean. Slightly edgy as you continue to drink it.
It was a 300ml souvenir, so I may have tasted it a little.
