Freshly squeezed new sake. Slightly yellow with a hint of ori. Although there is no indication on the label, the rice used seems to be Gohyakumangoku, which is not my favorite type of rice. The sweetness is still there, but there is a bit of a cloying taste and an aftertaste that is a bit bitter. The freshness of the freshly squeezed rice hides the fact that it is Ihyakumangoku.
