Kaori
The color tone is clear crystal. It has a slight yellowish hue. It is an unpasteurized sake, and there are a few bubbles when it is first uncorked.
The aroma is full and mainly of raw materials. There is also an impression of cooked rice, chestnuts and nuts. In terms of fruit, it is more like a banana or melon.
The taste is smooth, sweet and sour, with an overall gentle mouthfeel. The aftertaste is firm and crisp with a slight bitterness, and there is no sense of dullness. The lingering aftertaste is also gentle and lingers slightly. The aroma is not so gorgeous, but it is a little floral and gentle sweet.
