I took a sip of the dry junmai sake that was set on the label.
Straightforward flavor of rice and crisp taste. There is no flamboyance, but the flavor is more pronounced. The alcohol content is 17%, which is a powerful sake.
100% Aizu Maihime, with Utsukushima Sparkling Yeast, and you can feel the spirit of Fukushima's sake brewing.
I love gorgeous sake, but I also like this kind of sake.
