This is a seasonal, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake from "Suitama," which is the twin of "Hanayuup. It is made from high-quality Akita rice, with the koji rice polished to 55%. It has a moderate acidity, a pleasantly fragrant ginjo aroma, and a moist, elegant flavor. The triple-quadruple flavor is truly "Suigetsu - Emerald"!
