Maybe I'm not good at acidity... I thought.
At first I thought it was easy to drink, with no quirks! I thought.
But after that, the acidity? I thought it was acidity, or something like that, and then
I also felt a bit of astringency and bitterness.
But after a while, maybe because the temperature dropped
I think it became mellow and easy to drink.
Is this the kind of sake that tastes better after a week or so?
