Purchased at Kanai Sake Brewery
Today we were on a tour of breweries in Kanagawa.
We toured 6 breweries, but only 3 were open!
Seto Shuzo, Nakazawa Shuzo, and Kanai Shuzo.
I didn't buy at Nakazawa Shuzo this time because they sold out of the one I wanted to buy.
This one seems to have more acidity and umami.
The sweetness is slight.
The aftertaste is woody.
Compared to the previous two bottles
but it is a little less punchy than the previous two bottles.
After a short pause
I can feel the sweetness and umami of the rice very well.
