I bought HAKUCHO because they were out of stock of Shinsei's Flax Cat.
I bought HAKUCHO which has a similar taste.
The taste like apple 🍎 spreads in your mouth.
You can feel the sourness because it is made from white koji.
But it is weaker than Flax cat.
It goes well with oily food, so we recommend pairing it with meat dishes.
It is recommended to pair it with meat dishes🙆️.
