Kaori
Firm active nigori. The appearance is solidly cloudy, and the mouthfeel is quite fizzy and foamy.
The aroma is reminiscent of apricot bean curd and white bean dumplings.
The mouthfeel is much lighter and more refreshing than the appearance suggests. The aftertaste has the flavor of ori (rice curd), but the sake has a firm sharpness.
