The second sake brewery in the Ehime sake drinking comparison is located in Uwa-machi, Seiyo City. It is a sake from Nanyo. It is light and dry from the first taste to the last. The taste is similar to that of Nada or Niigata. I was expecting nuttiness and depth since it was described as aged, but I didn't catch much of that. Overall, the umami of the rice is well perceived.
