This sake is said to have been revived by a sake store that used to make sake. It is brewed with Hitomebore, a food rice.
When you drink it, it has a hard, strong body that is impressive. It has an umami taste and weak sweetness. It goes well with Ate.
Pairing with Ate

Grilled shishamo (Japanese shishamo smelt) ◯++.
