It has a calm taste for a Daiginjo... When you put it in your mouth, it has a slight sweetness. When the sweetness recedes quickly, it is like a sandy beach where small waves have receded. It's a really quiet tasting sake.
I wonder what happens when it's heated... Cheers to Saitama's sake!
