Mimuro Sugi" has been brewed for over 360 years in Miwa, Nara, where the god of sake resides.
The brewery uses 100% Omachi rice and water from the well in the brewery that flows underground from the sacred Mt.
We are grateful to be able to live a normal life, grateful to be able to continue brewing sake, and grateful to all of our customers.
We hope it will bring you a moment of peace of mind.
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic)

Polishing ratio 60
Alcohol content 13%.
