This sake was selected and sent to us when we participated in the Shonai, the City of Food online exchange event.
It has a mild aroma, and is dry for a nigori sake, with a refreshing presence.
It's dry for a nigori sake, and is recommended to be served lukewarm, at around 40 degrees Celsius.
