くるま麩
Purchased at a brewery during a sightseeing tour in Kishiwada on May 12.
It is located in the inland of Kishiwada, about an hour's walk from the nearest station.
It is thick and creamy in the mouth.
The sweetness of rice is also strong.
Before you know it, it's like a dessert, and then it hits you!
A strong alcohol hit me!
My stomach is hot!
A little further west from the brewery is an area called Sekigawa-cho. Walking along a narrow street between old houses and earthen walls, you can clearly see a building that used to be a sake brewery. I found out that a sake brewery called Shigi Honke used to brew there. I wondered what it must have been like when it was in operation, and what it must have tasted like... I was deeply moved.
