Kaze no Mori Junmai-shu. When the bottle was opened, there was gas and a crackling sound. When we drank it, it tasted like a banana or potato shochu, with a rich, thick flavor. It has a heavy body with a lingering aftertaste rather than the carbonation that pops in the mouth.
