Got it at Setouchi Shunsaikan in Shinbashi.
Introduced by a junior colleague who has lived in Kagawa.
It is a local sake made from 100% rice grown in the prefecture called "Oceto".
It is a mellow sake with a strong rice flavor. I fried fried shrimp and wakasagi (freshwater smelt) by myself, and they were a good match.
